Your information

This website, and sites we host with the same analytics, measure:

• Page visits
• Whether you interact with the page after 10 seconds
• Whether you scroll past set points on the page
• Clicks on the website offer and on checkout
• Clicks that show you mean to get in touch, book or use a form

Analytics never captures what you type into a form.

Each page load gets a random ID that expires after 30 minutes. We don’t use analytics cookies or local storage, and we don’t build profiles of visitors across sites.

What we store

• The type of event
• The page and site
• Whether you’re on mobile or desktop
• A broad category for where you came from
• Your country, if Cloudflare provides it
• Times

What we never store

• Your IP address
• The full address of the page that sent you
• Your contact details

Our hosting provider still processes connection data to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we respect it.

We send outreach email with Instantly. It uses a tracking pixel and link redirects to report opens and clicks, and it reports delivery, replies, bounces and opt-outs. Some mail systems load pixels automatically, so an “open” doesn’t always mean someone read the email.

Our analytics stores a pseudonymous recipient ID, made with a keyed hash, and details of each event. It doesn’t store your email address or the content of any message.

If you email us or make a booking request, the email or booking provider handles that message separately.

Stripe handles payments. We record verified billing events, such as a completed payment. We never receive or store your full card details.
